The Blu Hotel Blue Ash Cincinnati, An Ascend Collection Hotel

This property is undergoing renovation to the degree that it should not be open for business.

The so called lobby and nonexistent exercise facility and the side door to the outside near the pool that would not shut - no security at all. Breakfast was minimal and of cheapest quality.

The staff was very nice and understanding

That they didn't let me know as a customer they were under renovation when I called 3x

The staff were helpful and friendly.

The first room was filthy, and they moved me to another, which also had infestations. Despite documenting my concerns, they refused to refund my stay and dismissed my complaints about feeling uncomfortable and unsafe.

Good breakfast, comfy beds, good shower. Everything worked. Great to have ice machine as soon was having surgery so we needed a lot of ice!

Things in room bit dusty like coffee/tea facilities., so didn't use them. Bit of wear and tear

The room was impeccably clean and huge, I had really really nice experience.

Greatly enjoyed the room with pull out couch, my bed was very comfy. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient, the service was nice, they shared some useful information. The location was good, to kings island, it's a plus.

The staff was amazing. We changed the original reservation and they completely understood and did not charge us. I was very impressed. I am in the hospitality business and I appreciate people in the industry that go the extra mile to make the client happy. The Quality in did not disappoint .

Just an appropriate option for a holiday in Blue Ash with high value for money. The room was spacious with a comfy king bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. Check out the grab-and-go breakfast for a quick bite before heading out.

The Blu Hotel Blue Ash Cincinnati, Ascend Hotel Collection is beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained. The staff were accommodating, providing thoughtful assistance, made navigating the hotel easy and pleasant for seniors like myself.

More accessible seating options in common areas.

The Blu Hotel in Blue Ash had a fantastic ambiance with very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I appreciated the modern decor and the attentiveness of the staff. Aisha at the front desk was friendly and cute. The breakfast spread was excellent, with an array of options like veggie omelets, fresh fruit, and waffles. Despite these minor inconveniences, my room was spacious and well-maintained were great.
